Booking Terms and Conditions
Must arrive within 15mins of booking time. After 15 minutes the table will be given away. If late, table end time cannot be extended.
Table will only be ready at time of booking, no earlier, and guests cannot wait inside venue prior to sitting.
Please be aware table must be vacated at set time and cannot be extended. Guests must leave the venue once sitting ends.
All guests must wear a face mask upon arrival
We require credit card details all bookings. Your card is only charged in the event of a late cancellation, less than 24 hours prior to your booking, or no show at a rate of $20 per person. (NOTE: you will not be charged if cancellation due to bad weather).
Outdoor dining is shower proof not waterproof. Umbrellas are the only type of cover offered.
How long can I book a table for?
All bookings are allocated 1hour and 30 mins however if we are not full we encourage guests to stay as long as they wish. We are also accepting walk-ins.
Do I have to agree to terms and conditions to attend this venue?
By making a booking we see this as you understanding and agreeing to the terms and conditions
Can I request a specific table?
Unfortunately not. All bookings will be allocated tables depending on group times and other bookings within that time.
What happens if it rains?
If your booking is cancelled due to bad weather, you will not be charged cancellation fee. However if it rains during your booking, please be aware outdoor dining is shower proof not waterproof. Umbrellas are the only type of cover offered.
What if the roadmap opening dates change?
If we cannot open on the 26th of October, all bookings will be cancelled and you will need to rebook once the new opening dates are announced.
Do I need to be fully vaccinated before visiting this venue?
Yes. As per the government announcement all patrons must be fully vaccinated to dine and asked to show their vaccination passport or proof of double vaccination.
What precautions and safety measures are you taking?
Staff will be required to wash hands frequently and sanitise the venue throughout the day. All staff will be required to wear face masks in line with government requirements. In addition, gaps between bookings will be ensured in order allow for sanitisation and cleaning.
What do I do if I visit Nixon Hotel and then find out I have Covid - 19?
Please contact us immediately so we can take further action to ensure the safety of others.
